Firstly, we highly recommend you restart your router. Wait 5 minutes to see if the connection is restored
Still no connection? Carry out the checks below..
1. Is it affecting all devices?
2. Attempt to load a website and an email, are either working?
3. Gain access to the router
4. Take a photo of which lights are showing
5. Note down what the lights are doing. e.g Are they flashing together? Flashing randomly? Not showing at all?
6. Is the power cable in and switched on?
